Ocorre porém que a Farmácia que aparece na imagem em anexo à reportagem é de propriedade de pessoa diversa do genitor da pessoa presa, não havendo entre a proprietária da farmácia fotografada e Jeferson Maran nenhum vínculo de filiação, como aludido, o que vem causando constrangimento comercial e pessoal à proprietária da farmácia, além de prejuízo à imagem da farmácia de referida pessoa, assim como também ocorre ao Grupo Coperfarma. Por fim, salientamos não fazerem parte do quadro associativo da Coperfarma, nem o Sr. Jeferson Maran, nem seu genitor, concluindo que a reportagem aludida merece o necessário reparo, visando com isso minimizar os prejuízos que já acumula. Certo do atendimento à presente, colocamo-nos à disposição para quaisquer esclarecimentos que se fizerem necessários, agradecendo, antecipadamente, a atenção e o atendimento à esta solicitação.
